Chief Operating Officer

What we DO

Responsible for the planning, direction and supervision of CPCD program departments including Child Development, Family Services, Transportation, Enrollment, Health/Nutrition, and other programs and projects as assigned by President/CEO. Monitors program goals, objectives and data, funding requirements and component budgets. Compiles status reports relating to programs. In partnership with the CEO, serves as the primary liaison for assigned school district and child care partners. Assists President/CEO in advancing early child development/family focused programs at local and state levels.

Social Work


Successful work experience in early childhood education/development and/or human services field


Knowledge of education and human services programs


Five years of program management experience in non-profit management

Comprehensive knowledge of program development, maintaining compliance with regulations, and knowledge of budgeting and grant writing experience required

Proven management and supervisory skills, excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Must be reliable, organized, and detail oriented
