What we DO
Manage all aspects of IT department in support of CPCD staff within administrative offices and remote classroom sites. Develop, align and execute strategic IT plan for the agency that coincides with the agency's mission, vision, values and long-term priorities and goals. Establish and maintain department standards and procedures. Supervise IT staff and the implementation of all tactical aspects of CPCD's information technology services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in
computer-related field
or equivalent combination of certification
and experience
Must maintain the confidentiality of the information they will be handling
Technical
Writing
Active Directory, user and computer management
Must have knowledge and experience in the following areas
Fundamentals of relationship databases
Networking and Cybersecurity basics
Experienced in supervising staff, managing a budget, planning and prioritizing
Microsoft Windows and Office 365 administration
Experienced in providing training and user support and possess effective interpersonal and communication skills in working with non-technical users
Understanding of computer devices, peripherals and printers
Preferred
ITIL Foundation Certification
Knowledge of SharePoint
