What we DO
Leads the daily operation of the Enrollment Department to assure full enrollment at all times and in accordance with policies and procedures. Works with diverse families, community groups, and staff. Provides leadership, supervision and development of enrollment staff. Also responsible for supporting the departmental goals and the agency’s mission and strategic plan.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Social Work
Human Services
Counseling
Psychology
Education
Business
or
closely related field
At least one year of related supervisory experience and/or equivalent training in supervisory skills.
Must have demonstrated skills in effective communications, teamwork and interaction with peers
Must have demonstrated skills in working with families and community resources, and working with people in crisis situations
Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of the information handled
Preferred:
Bilingual English/Spanish
