What we DO
Responsible for performing general office duties, including receiving visitors and telephone calls, and offering excellent customer service. Assists enrollment teams by reviewing files, and assisting with the completion of all required eligibility paperwork for CPCD programs. Provides program information to CPCD visitors and callers. Communicates with families, visitors, and callers in their preferred language of English/Spanish to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of common office equipment, complex telephone systems, computers, and computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other software programs to enter and/or process information data
Must be motivated, professional, reliable, detail oriented, and organized. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with numerous deadlines
At least one year’s general office or office management experience.
Possess interpersonal skills to interact with the public and work with staff in a professional, respectful manner. Strong customer service orientation and conflict management skills
Preferred:
Bilingual English/Spanish
