What we DO
Responsible for managing the Family Services, Transportation and Enrollment departments to assure integrated comprehensive services to enrolled children and families. Monitors program goals and objectives, special projects, grant requirements and department budgets. Supervises Family Services, Enrollment and Transportation Supervisors and is responsible for supporting their professional development. Responsible for strategic planning to support and achieve the agency’s mission, goals, objectives and strategic plan. Maintains a management process by which a continuous flow of information is shared between Supervisors and Leadership Council.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in
Social Work
Social Services
Education
or
related field
At least three years of supervisory and managerial experience
Ability to work with diverse families, community groups, and staff
Knowledge of the program’s policies, rules and regulation with respect to the functions perform
Preferred:
Master’s Degree in
Social Work
Human Services
or
closely related field
Knowledge of transportation and enrollment systems
Public relations experience
Knowledge of parent and training resources
Knowledge of community resources
