What we DO
Supports the effective operation and administrative needs of the Family Services department and Family Services Supervisors through the implementation of systems to include monitoring and tracking. Maintains up to date records, documentation, and scheduling of department functions.
Requirements
High School diploma
or GED
Strong clerical and organizational skills
Must type 40 - 50 WPM accurately and have experience operating office equipment, copy machines and computers
Knowledge and ability to use various computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Site Track, Crystal Reports Database Reporting System, basic database data entry, Forms, Canva and Bookings
Must be flexible, reliable and organized, able to work under pressure, and accurate in record keeping. Strong interpersonal skills in working with parents, children and staff. Must be able to effectively take meeting minutes
Preferred:
Able to communicate in Spanish with families
