What we DO
Leads the daily operation of the Family Services department so comprehensive services and Two Generation programming are provided and in accordance with the strategic plan, policies and procedures. Works with diverse families, community groups, and staff. Provides leadership, supervision and development of family services staff. Also responsible for supporting the departmental goals and the agency’s mission and strategic plan
Requirements
bachelor’s degree in
Social Work
Human Services
Counseling
Psychology
or
closely related field
At least one year of related supervisory experience and/or equivalent training in supervisory skills
Must have demonstrated skills in working with families and community resources, and working with people in crisis situations
Must have demonstrated skills in effective communication, teamwork and interaction with peers
