What we DO
Responsible for strategic human resource planning to support and achieve the agency’s mission, goals, objectives and strategic plan. Plans, organizes, and leads all human resources functions of the agency in accordance with the policies and practices of the agency, and other regulatory and advisory authorities. Responsible for the supervision and career development of the Human Resources and Volunteer Resources Department staff.
Requirements
High School Diploma
or equivalent (GED)
Preferred
Experience working in a Human Resources Department
Familiarly with HRIS systems
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
At least one year clerical experience
Knowledge, skill, and ability to operate general office equipment, telephone, audio/visual equipment, computer, printer/scanner, etc
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Must be reliable, detail orientated, able to work under pressure with frequent interruptions, and maintain accurate records
Ability and willingness to learn quickly
