What we DO
Sets up and maintains laptops, desktop PCs and Chromebooks. Assigns and tracks IT equipment including computers, laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, monitors, docking stations and printers. Provides first level helpdesk support: assisting new staff with their accounts, submitting requests for printer and copier support, installing desktop apps and software. Supports the organization with other technical support as needed.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
At least one year IT department experience
Must be reliable, organized, able to work under pressure, and maintain accurate records
Knowledge of Active Directory and basic Windows networking
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office word processing and spreadsheet
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
Must be passionate about customer support and enjoy technology
Knowledge of Windows desktop OS, especially Windows 10
Must maintain the confidentiality of the information he/she will be handling
