What we DO

Coordinates and administers functions relating to effective and efficient operation of the Program Development department, and support services to the Chief Operating Officer. Implements special projects as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer. Assists with program evaluation activities. Coordinates all licensing activities for classrooms, maintaining records, communicating with licensing agencies and classrooms to ensure scheduling and compliance including maintenance of the Colorado Shines database. Coordinates Colorado Child Care Assistance Program in partnership with enrollment, finance and classrooms.

Requirements

Associate degree in


business administration


secretarial science


or


related field

Ability to work under pressure and accuracy in record keeping

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Ability to accurately type 50 words per minute

Strong organizational skills

Oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently

Good interpersonal skills to deal with the public, parents, staff and community

At least one year of office experience

Experience in operating general office and computer equipment

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred


Baccalaureate Degree in
