What we DO
Responsible for finding and attracting employee talent using creative recruiting tactics. Provides technical assistance, training and support to supervisors and managers on how to attract, select, and retain the best talent. Processes new employee paperwork, pay changes, and employee transfers. Assures compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Associate’s degree in
business
human resources
management
or
a closely related field
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
Successful related work experience combined with professional certifications or training in the field of recruiting, human resources, or organizational development may be accepted in lieu of degree (two years of experience substitute for one year of education)
At least two years of work experience in human resources including the responsibility for employment functions
Proven written and verbal communication skills and accurate data entry skills
Knowledge, skill, and ability to operate general office equipment, telephone, computer and various software applications etc
Experience working in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems
Preferred
Current PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification
Experience working in Paylocity
