What we DO
Provides training and support to Transportation Technicians. Assists the Family Programs director with administrative duties and coordinates transportation efforts within the Head Start Performance Standards. Ensures adherence to safety at all times. Performs vehicle checks and basic maintenance on buses, as required.
Requirements
High school diploma
or GED equivalent
Knowledge of geographic location to maintain routes
Knowledge of mechanical operation of a vehicle to include daily maintenance checks
Experience in driving a school bus and working with pre-school age or elementary school-age children.
Experience providing training to individuals and small/large groups
