What we DO
Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Volunteer program (both civic and non-traditional family) for CPCD. In partnership with the Volunteer Manager, ensures that all aspects of the volunteer program (recruitment, administration, training, recognition and evaluation) adhere to best practices and meet the needs of CPCD's family and civic volunteers and staff.
Requirements
ASsociate degree in
communications
business
public relations
or
related field
Must maintain the confidentiality of the information he/she will be handling
Must be highly proficient in general computer usage including Microsoft Office programs - especially Excel, knowledge of Canva and Volgistics is a plus
Demonstrated proficiency in verbal communication, writing, organization and planning, interview techniques, and building interpersonal relationships with the public, staff and volunteers
